Clear These First

Dues & Obligations

An obligation is anything you owe the school. Seniors with open obligations are on the Obligation List until they're cleared.

What counts as an obligation

  • Unreturned library books or textbooks
  • Team uniforms and athletic equipment
  • Unreturned school devices or chargers
  • Unpaid fees or fines

The Obligation List

If you're on the Obligation List, you can't:

  • Buy a prom ticket
  • Buy a senior trip ticket
  • Pick up your cap and gown
  • Walk at graduation

How to clear one

  1. Return the item or pay what's owed to the department that issued it.
  2. Get a receipt and bring it to Room 213 so your record is updated.
Don't wait. Obligations take time to clear. Settle them before ticket sales open, not on the day.
